Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after purchase. This time is needed to prepare, pack, and label the items for shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • Shipping Time: After processing, standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

During Sales or Holiday Periods:

  • Extended Processing & Shipping:

    • During sales or busy holiday periods, please allow for 7-15 business days for both processing and shipping.

    • Orders will be shipped in the order they are received, so please be patient during high-volume times.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

 At Pretty Poise Essentials, we stand firm behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare case of an error on our part, we are here to resolve any issues promptly.

All Sales Are Final:

  • No Returns: All sales are final. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund under normal circumstances.

  • Exchanges Only: We will not issue refunds, but we are more than happy to exchange the product if a mistake occurs on our end.

Exchanges Due to Errors on Our Part:

In the event that we make an error, we will work quickly to resolve the issue. Mistakes that qualify for an exchange include, but are not limited to:

  • Wrong Length: If the length of the hair you received is incorrect.

  • Wrong Texture: If the texture (e.g., straight, wavy, curly) does not match your order.

  • Wrong Origin of Hair: If the hair is from the wrong collection or type (e.g., virgin hair vs. raw hair).

  • Wrong Product: If you received a completely different product than what was ordered.

 

Requirements for Exchanges:

  • Original Packaging: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging and untampered.

  • Return Time Frame: The product must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, and in its original condition.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us Immediately:
    If you believe there has been a mistake, please email us at Prettypoiseessentials@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof:
    Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue (e.g., wrong length, wrong texture)

    • Photos of the product showing the discrepancy.

  3. Approval:
    After reviewing your case, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. If eligible, we will guide you on returning the incorrect item and sending out the correct one.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchange Eligibility: If the exchange request is approved, the incorrect product must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. However, we will cover the shipping costs of the exchanged item once we receive the returned product.

  • Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your exchange to be completed.

Important Notes:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except when required by law.

  • Mistakes on Customer's Part: If the error is due to the customer (e.g., wrong color selection, incorrect item ordered), exchanges will not be accepted.

  • Products Must Be Unused: For exchanges, the products must be in their original. We cannot process exchanges for products that have been tampered with or used.

  • Packaging Must Be Intact: Items must be returned in their original packaging, and the packaging should not be damaged.
